Carlsbad, CA — October 6, 2025 — Kinovate Life Sciences proudly celebrated the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art facility in Carlsbad, California, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and commitment to advancing life science innovation. The event brought together distinguished guests from around the world, including senior leaders from Nitto Denko Corporation, representatives from the Japanese Consulate General, local congressional members, valued customers, and community partners.

The celebration began with a warm welcome from Kinovate leadership, who highlighted the company’s vision for expanding scientific capabilities and strengthening collaborations in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. The new facility serves as a strategic hub for research, development, and manufacturing, designed to support long-term innovation and meet growing global demand.

One of the ceremony’s most symbolic moments was a tree planting, signifying new beginnings, sustainability, and the deep-rooted partnership between Kinovate Life Sciences and its parent company, Nitto Group. This was followed by a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially opening the doors of the Carlsbad site.

Guests were then invited on a guided tour of the facility, offering an inside look at its advanced laboratories, collaborative workspaces, and specialized production areas. The tour showcased Kinovate’s commitment to quality, safety, and cutting-edge technology in support of life-changing scientific progress.
